The Ohio State Highway Patrol says it got the call around 4:30 Monday afternoon.
A trooper described it as the most "minor head on collision he's ever seen."
He says 60-year old Jeffery Householder's Chevy collided with 33-year old Abbie Choleva's Cadillac.
It happened on the 2,000 block of Masonic Park Road, near Marietta.
Choleva, her husband, and their two children were transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital.
But highway patrol say only Abbie Choleva sustained minor injures, and the rest of the family was just taken as a precaution.
Troopers determined householder to be at fault.
He's been cited with failure to yield half of the roadway.
